FUEL THE FUTURE

Impact-Ed helps athletes, coaches, and organizations

build mental performance through science-backed

training and education.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You know how to

support your athletes physically,

but feel lost when it comes to their

mental performance?

You may be training your team physically and mentally, but feel frustrated and ask,

“is this even working?”

You have expertise,

but you don’t have the tools and

resources to effectively and clearly communicate performance

principles to your athletes.

Parents ask you, "What do I tell my kid?"

Athletes ask you, "How do I stop overthinking?"

And you care, but you don't have the language, the

tools, or the system to respond with confidence.

THE 5 BIGGEST MISTAKES

LEADERS ARE MAKING

Today’s coaches and athletic programs are juggling a lot. You're managing physical training, academic

performance, team culture, parent expectations, and now mental health.

After 20+ years as coaches and working with young athletes, these are the 5 biggest mistakes we see constantly.

#1 Reacting, Not Preventing

By the time you notice burnout, anxiety, or disengagement, the damage is done. Athletes are bombarded by noise and don’t know where to turn for help.

#2 Motivation - Dependent

We all love a good pep talk that gets us fired up, but these don’t create lasting change for our athletes. It’s wasted money on “motivational” speeches and programs that don’t last.

#3 Guessing If It Will Work

Without data, you're coaching blind. You can't improve what you don't measure. And you can't support athletes proactively if you don't know who's struggling.

#4 Avoiding Root Causes

Surface-level solutions are short-term. This leads to wasted time putting band-aids on serious issues that should be addressed.

#5 Lacking Shared Language

Coaches, athletes, and parents don’t always know what to say, but they have to say something. Athletes are getting confused with mixed signals. There’s a wide communication gap.

OUR MISSION

We exist to fuel the future by helping young athletes anchor their identity, train their mind, and

build the habits that carry them far beyond the game.

We exist to deliver a science-backed mental performance system for coaches, parents and athletic directors that helps high school athletes and programs develop the communication skills, systems and

awareness necessary to build high-impact leaders.

These youth need more people in their corner.

We’re making an intentional investment in student-athletes' personal development.

We bring the systems, curriculum, and coaching focused exclusively on helping student- athletes and teams build the skills to become impactful leaders of their own lives.

WHO WE SERVE

ATHLETES

Those who want to perform consistently at their highest level under pressure, gain confidence and composure, overcome mental barriers (anxiety, overthinking, fear of failure), and use their sport as a vehicle to become a better person and leader in life.

We help athletes:

- trust themselves

- stay calm and focused under pressure

- build positive mental habits

- become a leader their team can count on

- bounce back fast from mistakes

- understand it all means something more than “winning”

COACHES, AD’S AND PARENTS

Impact Ed serves the leaders who see the gap and are committed to filling it.

You're the coach who stays up at night thinking about your athletes. You're the athletic director who knows your program needs more than motivational speeches and one-off workshops. You're the program leader who sees rising anxiety, decreasing focus, and burnout, and knows there has to be a better way.

We help coaches, AD’s and parents:

- feel equipped to handle mental performance challenges

- prevent problems before they become crises

- develop athletes who become great humans, not just players

- build strong team culture

- use a system that doesn’t overwhelm them and their team

- balance mental and physical training time

TEAMS AND

ORGANIZATIONS

Those teams that want to become unified and tackle their mission together, not alone. We help teams and organizations:

- create shared language and communication

- become system-focused (not motivation-focused)

- build a unified mission (vs solo)

All with expert guidance along the way.

HOW WE HELP

Impact Athlete Tours

Student-athletes are training harder than ever physically, but most programs lack a clear, consistent system to train the mind and usually rely on short-term motivation. Coaches need support addressing pressure, focus, confidence, mental health, and consistency, but don't have the time or resources to implement mental performance training.

The Impact Athlete Tour™ brings science-backed mental performance training directly to schools and youth programs through selective, high-impact 45–60 minute workshops. Athletes learn that attention, confidence, and composure are trainable skills. They receive a simple but powerful framework they can use immediately in sport, school, and life. This is training, not a motivational assembly.

  • Every tour is led by former athletes and professional coaches who have lived these principles themselves
  • Hands-on, in-person 45–60 minute workshops
  • 100% free (funded by our sponsors)

Mental Performance Curriculum (MPC™)

Coaches and athletic programs face rising anxiety, decreased focus, inconsistent confidence, burnout, and leadership gaps among athletes.

Most athletes don't lack effort and coaches don't lack care, they lack systems. Without a clear, proactive structure for mental training, talent doesn't translate to performance, and challenges turn into burnout, attrition, or missed potential.

The MPC™ is a complete, science-backed mental performance system that equips athletes, coaches, and leaders with the mindset, skillset, and toolset for consistent performance, resilient leadership, and long-term well-being. It's applied performance psychology + behavior design (not fluffy motivation) covering 12 core domains, including:

  • identity-based performance
  • confidence under pressure
  • focus and attention control
  • stress management
  • resilience, habits and routines
  • leadership and culture
  • mental recovery

We implement these systems directly into your current athletic program.
